One Piece Episode 1146 will unfortunately not be airing today October 12, 2025. The series has faced a lot of delays since coming back from the 6 month long hiatus, some might even think we would get less delays because of this, however this is unfortunately not the case. Normally the anime’s standard schedule often includes a week off each month. However this delay has been since October 5, 2025 with the final airing of Episode 1145.

The Egghead arc is the first to feature the Final Saga which introduced futuristic elements like that of Vegapunk’s tech and the Seraphim, so episode 1146 is expected to be a pivotal moment in the story and even setting up the Straw Hats’ next destination which is rumoured to be Elbaf based on the progression of the manga.

Today October 12, 2025, we will not be getting Episode 1146, rather we will have a recap episode titled "Dr. Chopper's Adventure Checkup Traitors' Masquerade " This installment, Chopper and Carrot dive into the world of the CP0 (Cipher Pol 0), which features Rob lucci and are the World Government's elite assassin squad known for their ruthless espionage and betrayals.

When will episode 1146 release?

Episode 1146 of One Piece is expected to release in Japan on Sunday October 12, 2025, at 9:30 AM JST. It will be available for streaming on platforms like Crunchyroll and Netflix shortly after which is roughly around 8:45 AM PT / 11:45 AM ET / 4:45 PM BST. So episode 1146 will continue the Egghead Island arc from where episode 1145 left off. This will be the first major arc of Eiichiro Oda’s Final Saga. And will adapt content around Chapter 1107 of the manga. In this episode we will carry on seeing Luffy Gear 5 battle against the Five Elders, particularly Saint Jaygarcia Saturn with a possible involvement of Emet (the Iron Giant) who was seen at the very end of episode 1145. So this new episode will be BIG to say the least as we see the straw hats escape the chaos to their next destination, Elbaf?
